DDL Systems - SupportAt DDL Systems service excellence is very important to us and with this in mind we added a Support feature where our clients can log a Support Ticket for assistance with technical issues.

Our help desk get the newly registered ticket and categories it according to region and priority. It is then allocated to technical engineers whom will attend to your ticket and assist you accordingly.

DDL Systems do provide a wide range of technical support therefore we do ask our client to allow 24 hours during working days and normal office ours. Unfortunately we do not have a 24hr help desk at this stage.

We are able to do support via remote connection to solve some of the technical issues, all depending on your internet connection and system specifications.
